This session demonstrates exactly that workflow, built on Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot Studio, and Teams. The prerequisites are straightforward but non-negotiable: a defined ideal customer profile, connected lead sources, and a CRM-Teams integration that actually works. Without these foundations, the agent has nothing solid to act on. We also introduce the AI Readiness Scorecard in this session -- a practical tool for understanding where your organisation sits before committing to any build. The distinction between Copilots and autonomous agents is not semantic. One assists a human decision, the other makes the process run without one. Knowing which you need, and when, is the first decision worth getting right.
